I’m happy with it overall. It does what I need, but it feels a bit slow sometimes, maybe like 10 or 15 seconds longer than I’d expect here and there. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed.

I ordered this last week as a gift, and when it arrived a few days later, I was really happy with how the personalised label turned out. It looked neat and made the bottle feel a bit more special than just a standard present.

I clicked through expecting to find everything right away, and at first I was like, “Oh nice, there’s a solid selection here.” But then I realized a couple of the brands I was actually looking for weren’t available. Still decent overall, just not quite everything I wanted

"Packaging was alright, just a little underwhelming"
When the box showed up, it had a small dent in it, which gave me that little sinking feeling you get when you’re excited to open something and hope nothing’s damaged. Thankfully, everything seemed okay inside, but the packaging itself felt basic.

I wasn’t totally sure at first, and I did have that moment of wondering if I was being too trusting, but Whisky Me seemed legit quickly. The checkout was straightforward, and the order updates came through when they said they would.
The bottle arrived on time and was packed really well. No unexpected charges, no chasing anyone up, nothing that made me regret ordering. Maybe I was overthinking it, but either way, I’d happily use them again

"Updates were a bit unclear"
I had to ask twice for an update, and even then the replies were still kind of unclear, unclear enough that I wasn’t really sure what was going on.

"Really enjoyed my whisky box"
I got my whisky box in the post and I really enjoyed it . It was a nice way to try something new without committing to a full bottle . The tasting notes were close too , a bit fruity and warm with a smooth finish . Delivery was quick and everything arrived fine . I’d happily order again .

"Solid pours, even if I’m loyal to my usual spot"
I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to place for whisky, so I wasn’t expecting to be too impressed here. But the pours were a really good size and felt just right. Kind of made me question my loyalty a bit.

"Tasted a bit stale for the price"
The order showed up fine, so no complaints there, but the whisky itself just tasted kind of flat and not as fresh as I was expecting. Maybe it had been sitting around too long or stored weirdly, I don’t know. For what it cost, I really expected better, and it feels like too much effort to deal with ordering it again if the quality is going to be this hit or miss. Not sure I’d buy it again

I liked it overall, especially if you’re into whisky and enjoy finding rarer bottles you don’t see everywhere. The selection had some nice picks, which was the main highlight for me. That said, I wouldn’t say everything blew me away, and it’s probably more exciting for serious whisky fans than casual drinkers.

I had a bit of an issue with my order because the tracking wasn’t really showing much, so I emailed whisky-me.com to see what was going on. I was a little worried at first, well, not worried exactly, just unsure, but they replied the next day and explained everything clearly.
The box arrived a bit later than I’d hoped, but it was all fine in the end. Their customer service was polite and didn’t make it feel like a hassle, which I appreciated. I’d use them again, although I do wish the delivery updates were a bit quicker.

"Not great if you’re new to whisky"
I was hoping to pick out a decent bottle for a little whisky night I’d planned, but the site left me confused. It looks nice enough, but if you don’t already know what you’re doing, there isn’t much guidance. I needed clearer beginner-friendly info, and because of that, my plans kind of fell apart. Frustrating.

I feel a little embarrassed saying this because nothing was actually wrong with the Whisky Me presentation, but I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I’d be.
The box and pouches looked tidy and decent enough, but for the price, it felt a bit plain. I guess I was expecting those small extra touches that make it feel more thoughtful or premium.
Overall, it’s still fine and definitely doesn’t look cheap or messy. I just wish opening it had felt a little more special

"Nice that I can pause when needed"
I really like that I can just skip a month if I need to. Like, sometimes I don’t need it right away or things come up, and it’s nice that it’s not a whole hassle to pause. Simple and stress-free...
